it is a milestone in my life..
HAHA... i really cant believe wat i just wasted my time on... making ondeh ondeh..LOL...
* laughs *!!! anyways, since i was at vic market, i decided to buy sweet potato to satisfy my cravings once and for all... HEHE...
yup, it turned out not bad, my first attempt :) but a bit too soft though... though it hardened when it cooled down and tasted much better:) let me perfect it soon n then hopefully some pple dare to try:) hehe...
had to substitute several things... didn have fresh coconut for the coating so since i had desiccated coconut in the cupboard, so i just soaked in warm water and then had a HARD time trying to FILTER (using paper towels :P) n DRY them after tht to use:)
my kitchen was a mess... and i took so long just to make a dozen... but anyways, it was worth it... wait till my sis comes back , i will make her try some... whether she wants to or NOT!!! MUHAHAHA...:)
